Audrey Copeland
CO-FOUNDER & CEO
Audrey is an energy infrastructure executive with over a decade of experience originating, developing, and commercializing large-scale power projects across U.S. markets.
Throughout her career, Audrey has led the development of more than 20 GW of energy infrastructure spanning utility-scale solar, battery energy storage, transmission-driven siting, and complex greenfield development. She has held development leadership roles at Ørsted, Qcells, Spearmint Energy, and most recently served as Head of Development at Mission Clean Energy.
After years of seeing otherwise viable projects delayed or derailed by transmission constraints and power availability, Audrey founded Infrawatt with a different philosophy: start with the grid first.
Russ Edwards
CO-FOUNDER & COO
Russ is an energy infrastructure developer with 20 years of experience in commercial construction and utility-scale renewables. He has advanced gigawatts of solar, wind, and storage projects across U.S. markets, specializing in site origination, permitting, and development execution.
He previously held leadership roles at Ørsted and Coronal Energy, served as President of Tiger Solar, and advised developers through Charter Development before co-founding Infrawatt.
Carly Grossman
CO-FOUNDER & VP OF DEVELOPMENT
Carly is an energy strategist with nearly a decade of experience. She previously developed a 2 GW portfolio of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects for Mission Clean Energy, where she also drove market strategy across multiple ISO/RTO regions.
Bridging early-stage venture capital and startup operations, Carly also supported fundraising and partnership strategy for Infinite Cooling, an industrial cooling startup, and contributed to climate tech investment strategy at Clean Energy Ventures.
